1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the 500pak platform, including the website located at https://500pak.cam and any associated mobile or web-based applications (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by 500pak (the "Operator", "we", "us" or "our").
By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, participating in a promotion or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you ("User", "you" or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. 500pak reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Important notice for Pakistani users: Gambling is subject to legal restrictions in Pakistan under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and other applicable legislation. 500pak does not hold a Pakistani gambling licence and does not represent that use of this Platform is lawful in Pakistan. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to your location.
2. Definitions
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
2.1 "Account" means the registered user account opened by you on the Platform.
2.2 "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds standing to the credit of your Account at any given time, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where applicable.
2.3 "Bet" means any wager placed by you on a sporting event, casino game, live dealer table, esports event or other market available on the Platform.
2.4 "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value or similar incentive credited to your Account under a specific promotion, subject to the applicable Bonus Terms.
2.5 "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, being the process by which the Operator verifies the identity, age and address of a User in accordance with applicable compliance requirements.
2.6 "Platform" has the meaning given in Clause 1 above.
2.7 "Prohibited User" means any person who is (a) under the minimum age requirement; (b) located in a jurisdiction where use of the Platform is unlawful; (c) subject to a self-exclusion order; or (d) otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
2.8 "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered in qualifying bets before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
3. Acceptance of Terms
3.1 By accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. Your acceptance is effective from the moment you first access the Platform or register an Account, whichever occurs first.
3.2 These Terms apply to all Users, regardless of how the Platform is accessed — whether via a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any application. The same rules apply irrespective of device or connection type (including Telenor, Jazz, Zong or any other Pakistani network provider).
3.3 If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a business or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. Where no such authority exists, you must not accept these Terms on behalf of the entity.
3.4 These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency between any translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
4. Account Eligibility
Use of the Platform and registration of an Account is subject to the following eligibility requirements:
4.1 Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater. The Platform is strictly for adults. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a User is below the minimum age, we may suspend the Account and withhold any funds pending KYC verification.
4.2 Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are subject to any legal incapacity, you are not permitted to use the Platform.
4.3 Jurisdictional compliance: You are solely responsible for determining whether using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 500pak does not represent, warrant or guarantee that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. The Operator accepts no liability for your use of the Platform in breach of applicable law.
4.4 One account per person: You may hold only one Account on the Platform. The operation of duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
4.5 Self-excluded users: If you have previously applied for self-exclusion on this Platform or any platform operated by the same group, you are not permitted to register a new Account. If you do so in breach of a self-exclusion order, the Operator reserves the right to void any bets placed and return only the original deposit amount, less any withdrawals already made.
🔞 Adults Only: The Platform is strictly prohibited for persons under the minimum eligible age. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable law.
5. Account Registration
5.1 To access betting markets, casino games, promotions and deposit facilities, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current and complete information as prompted during the registration process.
5.2 You must not register using a false identity, a pseudonym, another person's identity, or any information that is misleading or inaccurate. The Operator reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify registration details.
5.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. The Operator will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised Account access where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.
5.4 You must notify the Operator immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. Notification should be made to

5.5 The Operator reserves the right to refuse Account registration at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.
6. Identity Verification (KYC)
6.1 The Platform operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of its compliance obligations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before any withdrawal is processed or before certain betting or deposit limits are raised.
6.2 Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to: a government-issued photographic identity document (such as a CNIC, passport or driving licence), proof of address (a recent utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership.
6.3 The Operator may restrict Account functionality — including deposits, withdrawals and bonus claiming — until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. The Operator is not liable for any delay in withdrawal processing resulting from incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC documentation.
6.4 All documents submitted for KYC purposes are processed and stored in accordance with the
Privacy Policy.
6.5 Submission of forged, altered or fraudulent documents constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of all balances and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.
7. Deposits & Payments
7.1 Deposits must be made using a payment method that is registered in your own name. The Operator does not accept deposits from third parties.
7.2 Available payment methods are displayed in the Platform's live cashier and are subject to change without notice. The Operator makes no guarantee that any specific payment method will remain available. Payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are mentioned for contextual familiarity only and do not imply endorsement of or affiliation with gambling operations by those providers.
7.3 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per period. Current limits are displayed in the cashier. These limits may change at the Operator's discretion.
7.4 Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a deposit is made in a different currency, conversion will occur at the exchange rate applied by the Operator or the relevant payment processor at the time of the transaction.
7.5 The Operator is not responsible for any deposit failures, delays or fees imposed by your payment provider. Users should verify with their payment provider whether gambling-related transactions are permitted under that provider's own terms of service.

8. Withdrawals
8.1 Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and, where applicable, the same method used to make the original deposit.
8.2 The Operator will not process any withdrawal until KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be placed on hold until verification is resolved.
8.3 Where a bonus has been credited to your Account, withdrawal of associated winnings is subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement having been fully met. Attempting to withdraw funds while a Wagering Requirement remains outstanding may result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any winnings attributed directly to those funds.
8.4 Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected and internal compliance review. The Operator does not guarantee specific processing timeframes. Current estimated processing times are displayed in the cashier.
8.5 The Operator reserves the right to conduct additional security or fraud checks before approving any withdrawal. During any such review, the withdrawal will be held pending. The Operator will not be liable for any loss arising from a reasonable delay attributable to a compliance or security review.
8.6 Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per period, as displayed in the cashier at the time of the request.
9. Bonuses & Promotions
9.1 All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions ("Bonus Terms") that are published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific Bonus Terms, the specific Bonus Terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.
9.2 Wagering Requirements: Any bonus credited to your Account must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant Bonus Terms (the Wagering Requirement) before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a bonus of PKR 1,000 requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets to be placed. All PKR figures in these Terms and in any promotional material are illustrative unless otherwise stated.
9.3 Maximum bet during bonus: While any bonus is active on your Account, you must not place a single bet exceeding the maximum stake specified in the Bonus Terms. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
9.4 Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward Wagering Requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino, table games and certain other game categories may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely. The contribution table is published in the Bonus Terms for each promotion.
9.5 Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of crediting. Bonuses not used and Wagering Requirements not met by the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.
9.6 The Operator reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn after a bonus has been credited to your Account, any bonus already credited will remain subject to the original Bonus Terms unless the Operator notifies you otherwise.
9.7 Bonuses are intended for recreational use. The Operator reserves the right to withhold or claw back bonuses where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has exploited a promotion or engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting, use of betting strategies designed solely to exploit bonus terms, or collusion with other users.
10. Betting Rules
10.1 All bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to the market or game on which the bet is placed. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the Platform. Where no specific rule addresses a scenario, the Operator's general rules shall apply and the Operator's decision shall be final.
10.2 Bets are accepted at the Operator's sole discretion. The Operator reserves the right to impose maximum stake limits on any market, event or User at any time without notice.
10.3 In the event that a bet is accepted due to a manifest error (including, without limitation, incorrect odds or settlement errors), the Operator reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. This applies to cricket markets (including PSL and ICC events), football, UFC and all other markets available on the Platform.
10.4 Live (in-play) bets are placed at the odds available at the moment the bet is confirmed by the system. Bets will not be accepted if the outcome of the event is already known or reasonably determinable at the time of placement.
10.5 Settlement of bets is based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g. the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL fixtures, FIFA for football). Where official results are subsequently revised, settled bets will not be re-settled unless the Operator determines at its sole discretion that exceptional circumstances warrant it.
11. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
- Registering or using the Platform as a Prohibited User
- Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage of Account registration or KYC
- Operating multiple Accounts (whether under the same or different identities)
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or other tools to access or interact with the Platform
- Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of fraudulent betting activity
- Exploiting software errors, bugs or vulnerabilities in the Platform
- Using another person's Account or payment method without their authorisation
- Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to process proceeds of unlawful activity
- Attempting to charge back, reverse or dispute a deposit made to your Account
- Threatening, harassing or abusing Platform staff or other users
Where the Operator determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, it may, without limitation: suspend or terminate the Account; withhold or forfeit all or part of the Account balance; recover from the User any funds paid out as a result of the prohibited conduct; and report the matter to relevant authorities.
12. Intellectual Property
12.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, odds data and the 500pak brand name — is owned by or licensed to the Operator and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from the Operator.
12.3 Any use of Platform content that is not expressly permitted by these Terms is a breach of these Terms and may infringe copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for purpose or freedom from errors.
13.2 The Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including any loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
13.3 The Operator's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of the net deposits (total deposits less total withdrawals) held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms limits the Operator's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
13.5 The Operator is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including internet service disruptions, network congestion, government or regulatory actions, or force majeure events.
14. Responsible Gambling
14.1 The Operator is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. Responsible gambling tools — including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and self-exclusion — are available to all registered users via Account settings.
14.2 Self-exclusion: You may request self-exclusion at any time by contacting support or using the self-exclusion tool in your Account settings. Once a self-exclusion is applied, it is binding on the Operator and access to betting and deposit functionality will be restricted for the selected period. Self-exclusion periods may not be shortened once applied; extensions are available on request.
14.3 Age verification: The Operator uses age verification measures to prevent access by minors. If any person under the minimum eligible age has accessed the Platform, their Account will be suspended, all bets voided and any deposited funds returned. Winnings generated during any period of underage use are forfeited.
14.4 You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that outcomes are not predictable. Gambling should be undertaken for entertainment purposes only, with funds you can afford to lose. The Operator strongly discourages gambling with borrowed money, essential living expenses or funds held on behalf of others.

15. Suspension & Termination
15.1 The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent, illegal or abusive activity; account security risk; or regulatory compliance requirements.
15.2 You may close your Account at any time by contacting the support team. Any unused real-money balance (subject to outstanding Wagering Requirements and any pending KYC verification) will be refunded to you using an approved withdrawal method. Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon Account closure.
15.3 Where an Account is terminated by the Operator due to breach of these Terms — including but not limited to fraud, prohibited conduct or underage gambling — the Operator may withhold some or all of the Account balance, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
15.4 Following Account termination, all licences and rights granted to you under these Terms are immediately revoked.
16. Amendments to These Terms
16.1 The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material, the Operator will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address.
16.2 The "Effective" date at the top of these Terms will be updated upon any revision. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
16.3 If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 15.2.
17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
17.1 These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated or licensed, as notified to you separately.
17.2 In the event of a dispute, you should first contact the Operator's support team to seek an informal resolution. The support team will endeavour to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
17.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Operator's governing jurisdiction for resolution.
17.4 Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under the consumer protection legislation of your country of residence, to the extent that such legislation is mandatory and non-excludable.
Note for Pakistani users: 500pak does not claim that these Terms or any activity on the Platform is governed by or compliant with Pakistani law. Users are responsible for their own legal compliance within Pakistan.
